Rachel Alvarado
Nutritionist & Health Coach (she/her)
I did not grow up in a kale-eating family. Like many people, I grew up on the Standard American Diet, with lots of processed and convenience foods. As a young adult, I felt the effects of my food choices. I was overweight, tired, and had a terrible relationship with food. As I began my journey to feel better, I learned to choose foods and habits that served me, and I discovered the beautiful gift of good health. I lost 40 lbs and have kept it off for over 15 years; and more importantly, I learned to love and appreciate my body which helped me create a more joyous life. Improving my health left me feeling better than I ever knew was possible and I am dedicated to helping others live their happiest and healthiest lives. I currently live in Fort Collins Colorado with my husband, 2 daughters, dog, and cat.
